The Signature

I placed my order over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my hat. What’s even more frustrating is that my order wasn’t even shipped until weeks after I placed it, despite the original expectation of much faster shipping.

According to the latest tracking update, the hat is expected to arrive on July 28—the exact day of my flight to another state. I will no longer be in Miami, so there’s a good chance I won’t even be able to receive the item I paid for.

This delay has completely defeated the purpose of my purchase. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and unacceptable shipping time have made this an incredibly frustrating experience.

I expected much better from Yes Chef Hat. Waiting over a month for an order that still hasn’t arrived is unacceptable, and because of the delay, I may never even receive it.

Finally got one—and I’m obsessed. This “Yes, Chef” cap goes with literally every outfit. As a chef, I love pieces that are functional but still elevate my style, and this one does exactly that.
