we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

what's returnable:

• apparel (tees, hoodies) — unworn, unwashed, tags on.

what's final sale:

• all headwear (hats, caps).
• sale items.
• patches and accessories.

how to start a return:

email support@yeschef.group with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. we'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

refund timing:

refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. you'll get an email confirmation when it's done.

exchanges:

your replacement ships as soon as we receive the original item. if the size or style you want is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.
