    Not What I Anticipated

    I’m still unsure whether I received a faulty hat or if there’s misinformation on the website. When my hat arrived, it appeared dented and didn’t hold its shape. I reached out to customer service, and they told me the hat is unstructured. However, the product description on the website clearly lists it as structured.

    Based on the photos on the site, as well as previous customer reviews, the hat appears structured with no visible dents or loss of shape. Even the way it fits on the models supports that.

    I’m still trying to get this resolved, as I was excited to wear it for a recent creator trip but wasn’t able to. At the very least, the website should be updated to accurately reflect the product or provide clearer details on the hat’s structure.

    they didn't cheap out

    this thing is legit. fabric's thick, holds its shape, and the embroidery is clean af — whoever picked the blank knew what they were doing. been wearing it nonstop.

    The monogram hat I didn't know I needed

    I normally dont go for monogram stuff because it can look pretentious but the YC logo is done so well it just reads as clean design. The cream base with black detailing is timeless. The snapback lets me adjust perfectly and after a month of solid wear it still looks brand new. I brought it on vacation and it went with shorts, linen shirts, everything. This hat really surprised me — it might be the most versatile piece in my rotation. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
